By using Vukaya's app, website, or hardware products, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

2. Account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through the App Store, Google Play, or our website. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are handled according to the respective platform's policies.

4. Content

Vukaya provides wellness audio content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, modify, or publicly perform content from the platform without permission.

5. Artist Content

If you submit content as an artist, you retain ownership of your work. By submitting, you grant Vukaya a license to distribute your content on the platform. Revenue share is calculated and paid according to the artist agreement.

6. Hardware Products

Vukaya headphones come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Shipping and returns are subject to our return policy. Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase in original condition.
